“Wow,” he whispered, running his hand along my side. “You’re amazing.”

Was I? I couldn’t help smile as I kissed his chest. “You’re not so bad yourself.”

He chuckled and squeezed my ass. “Not so bad? I’ll have to do better next time, then.”

I pushed up slightly to look down at him. “If you can do better, I’m in trouble.”

A seductive grin spread across his face. “Oh, Leah, you are in serious trouble. I don’t think I’ll ever be able to let you—”

A passionate feminine scream echoed from somewhere else in the apartment. Startled, I jumped a little. “What in the world?” Shit. I hoped no one had heard us a few minutes before.
